No pain relief but the salts did relax me, and the seeds or bulbs left a bit of a mess, but I enjoyed the amount packaged and lite scent.

They smell sooo good!! But it is awful to clean it up! I don’t even use it anymore because the clean up takes forever. 😩 I’ve seen people mention getting a mesh bag/ball so I plan on trying that!
