I needed something for tummy and muffin control to wear under a dress for a wedding, that I'll be wearing dressy/bling flip-flops with; hence, I can't wear pantyhose. So I thought I'd give these a try. I only have tried the waist high mid thigh Spanx on so far. Yes it seems to help to smooth out the waist and control the tummy bulge, however, I am only 5'1", so it comes all the way up under my breast, probably could go over them if I tried...ouch! Since I haven't worn them yet, for any length of time, I can't say how or if they're comfortable or pinching or rolling at the top. But I will give them a chance.

I'm surprised by the amount of conflicting reviews. I bought this recently and I must say that I love it. It is a firm shaper with lots of give. It doesn't squeeze/compress you too tightly but it keeps everything smooth. The fabric is soft and allows for easy movement. I love wearing this under my dresses. The shorts portion keeps my thighs from chafing and the tummy area keeps me smooth. I plan to purchase some more!

Very nice. I also bought this for post tummy tuck recovery. I just couldn't wear the medical grade one I was told to buy because I'd have to take my top off just to go to the bathroom. Maybe a little hard to get up - more a factor if using in my situation. I am about a size 10 and got a medium. Fit is good. It's kid of weird because there's no control in the butt - you really have to pull it up to get the different parts in the right places. Great firm control. No seams. I would agree that it tends to roll down. I may not have take the time to pull it up high enough or lay it flat around the top. It has a silicone band and I think you really have to get that flat all around. I would recommend this. I wore it non stop for like 2 weeks.

Works great for compression post Lipo. Wasn't a fan of the extra shaping in the bootie though....that is weird and shows thru some pants.

It definitely does tuck you in and gives you a seamless look, but I probably should have gotten a large. My measurements are right at the edge of a medium, so I think I would have been more comfortable with a large. It felt too tight around my ribs when I was sitting but felt fine when I was standing. I did feel a bit of pinching on my inner thighs at times so I would have to adjust it. It left me red marks. Overall I would recommend but don't expect to sit comfortably.

I got the Small size. I should have went to a medium, a little tight. But does what it’s suppose to.

This shape wear is incredibly comfortable and feels like nothing is there... Except when it rolls down. It has a sticky strip at the top to prevent it from slipping, but it causes it to roll down. I bought it to wear with my wedding dress, and thankfully the bodice on my dress held it up without rolling. If you go a size up, you can probably get your bra to hold it up.

Worked really well! Stayed up all evening at a wedding and prevented bloating from all the alcohol and yummy food pretty well. I’m thin as is (5’3” and roughly 123lbs), just have issues with bloating. Only complaint is that it shows thru if your dress or jumpsuit is tight in the legs.

So they did what they were suppose to; which I liked. They do roll down but once I tucked under my bra strap it never moved. I'm not completely disappointed but I'll shop around to try another pair.

Bought these and love them! I love that there's no seam and they even MOSTLY stay up. I use shapewear to help my clothes stay in place. I'm petite and often my clothes won't stay in the right place- especially over my tummy/waist. Sure do wish they would make a version of their high waisted shapers for shorter people! I have a very short torso (ave 2" shorter than petite) and have to roll the band down to make it fit! A warning, I'm 4'11" and 125 lbs and the small is TIGHT. The top band hung up on and bruised my ribs and the legs are tough to get on. I'll be ordering a medium next time. My only other complaint is that they're HOT- but then, I live in FLORIDA- so everything's hot.
