I've always wanted to try Spanz shapewear and decided to give it a try since these mid-thigh shaping shorts are suppose to be comfortable enough and easy to wear every day. After trying them on, I don't think I can wear these every day! I'm 5'1" and weigh 120 lbs and got size small according to the size chart. I think these shorts would be more comfortable for me in a medium size becauseit was a hard to roll it up past my calves but once in, it felt ok. I also didn't think they were breathable and will not be wearing them in the summer. The compression does help tone my tummy and thighs, but I didn't y think it gave me a perky rear view. The high-waist construction has a clear silicone strap around the circumference to keep shorts from rolling down. I'm not sure how long the silicone strap will last after multiple washes but right now after one wash, it seems to be keeping in place. I also wish these shorts came in a nude color. I got the cafe au lait color because the light beige was too light. The cafe au lait is too dark for me, too, but looked more natural under light clothing for me because I'm Asian.

So I’m in a Love-Hate relationship with the ASSETS by SPANX Women's Remarkable Results High-Waist Mid-Thigh Shaper. It hugs in all the right places but maybe a little to well. It has stretch but it is like pulling leather! It is so hard to get this shapewear on! I pull and tug and pretty much have a five round match with this thing to get it over my thunder thighs and badonkadonk bootie! But after my ten minute workout to get it on it’s like I lost twenty pounds. My Mom tummy is flat and slim my backside is smooth and formed. My thunder thighs no longer look like a broken biscuit container. BUT forget about trying to wear this to work or for a very long time because the struggle starts all over again once you gotta take it down to use the bathroom! So as I said it’s a love hate relationship. Iv only worn it around the house because of the bathroom problem. But it doesn’t roll down or bunch up. Is breathable and very airy I don’t sweat or feel constricted in this shapewear.

I’m a petite and always wear size 0 or maximum size 2. It’s my first time getting shaping short, and I think this size S is quite tight on me when I just tried it on. I’m not sure if it’s normal as it’s for shaping.

These were fairly comfortable but kept rolling down my stomach. I'm plus size but have a flat stomach so I don't know if that was the issue. It fit well and smoothed out any rolls or bumps but the thighs were pretty tight so I felt like that was making them pucker at the end. If I were wearing a long maxi dress, that wouldn't be an issue but wouldn't work with a short dress.

I wear a medium for everything, and this Spanx was a medium. It did shape well, however it was too tight up top and therefore rolled down and would not stay up. It is not currently possible for me to wear it due to his falling down. I wish I would have gotten it in a bigger size, however I am not sure it would have been tight enough to shape well.

I have used spanx before and had high hopes for this product. It has a rubbery edge around the top which clings to your skin which keeps it from rolling down. This allows it to give a little more compression than other products. The problem I had is that I am not completely cylindrical. The rubber edge did not touch my spine and thus, the entire back rolled down. This made it all rather uncomfortable. It's possible that given a dress or blouse with a loose back, this would not be noticeable, but I would probably be fidgeting with it all night.

These shapers really are soft and feel amazing against the skin. The leg portion is long enough and helps to prevent chaffing from occurring. the only complaint that I have is the elastic sticky band at the top rolls down so easily. This creates lumpier lines a the top. I think if you don't have any extra love in that area then this wouldn't be an issue, I think the band could be a bit wider as well to help prevent this from happening. Overall I loved how their was a thinning of the fabric to air out sweat prone areas!

They weren't true to size. And although I've heard several people say it doesn't roll down, my does but it could be because of sizing. Overallc not TOO excited about it, but I guess it'll work.

The stomach coverage is the best part of the shapewear. The thigh portion is too tight and creates a band around the bottom of your thigh. The butt shaping doesn’t work and creates a creases on your butt and looks like you have four butt cheeks.

It fits great but the sticky rubber at the top didn’t help at all to keep it up and from rolling down.
