[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this!!!! Took a bit to get the battery charged, but once I got it fully charged this video doorbell is awesome. It records any movement and sends notifications within a minute to the devices that it is hooked up to. You can go into the app and review all the videos Arlo recorded and keep or delete. Took only a minute to pair the doorbell with the app on my phone. The doorbell can be hard wired or used with a battery, though the battery is small and takes approximately 24 hours to fully charge it can last up to 14 days. The images taken by the video are clear, not grainy or distorted even from a distance. The audio on the doorbell is also crystal clear with no distortions. This doorbell is truly impressive.

The only thing I struggled with was switching my WiFi on my phone to 2.4ghz other than that the set up was pretty simple. I love that you have the option to either use a wire or use the doorbell wireless. You can also talk to the person that rings the doorbell which is pretty neat. I definitely recommend.

I'm amazed with video and picture quality. I would highly recommend to anyone.

When I heard that there was a wire free option I was excited but also worried that maybe it wouldn’t work as well since I would have to charge it sometimes. Let me tell you if you are skeptical like I was there is no reason to be. The battery life is unreal, I can have the doorbell running for a week and it will still have 75% battery life left when it is time to charge it doesn’t take a long time for it to get fully charged, about 5 hours. Not only does the battery life surprise me and surpass my expectations but the video quality is second to none. Everything shows up so clearly and you can see for quite some distance from where the camera is mounted. Night vision works well, whenever an animal or anything is outside I can see it perfectly even in the dead od night. That alone is enough for me to love this camera but there is a ton of other features like a siren that you can have go off if you feel the need, you can have it set to where 911 is contacted at just a push of a button. I have never felt safer and more secure than I do with this thing installed.

The smart video is amazing at detection of animals,ppl cars,packages. I live I'm the country so knowing an animal is there amd not a person is very comforting

Get camera show a clear wide range view and great with every movement. Only issue I wish it came with a doorbell (chime)box instead of it calling your phone. But you can also connect it to your Alexa she will make an announcement also for movement and when someone press the button. Overall great camera definitely a must have for security.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been researching and wanting a video doorbell for quite sometime now. This doorbell was very simple to set up and install. This doorbell comes with two plates for installing to your house, 1 pin to unlock the battery from the doorbell, the doorbell, screws, a few wires in case someone wants to wire conenct it, a charger cable, instructions, and the doorbell. When we downloaded the Arlo app we created an account, and it walked us through all the steps to install the doorbell, how to connect it to wifi, and get it up and working. The app works great, we did have to sign up for a monlthy subscription to keep the video recordings, we did the 4.99 a month plan, they offer more than that one however. The video is very clear displaying to my phone, my phone gets alerts for animals, vehicles, people, and packages. Sometimes it take quite awhile to connect to the doorbell when we want to turn the microphone on and talk through it. Other than that we love this doorbell and are excited to have more security around our home.

It gives me peace of mind when I'm not home that my house is safe and secure. 180⁰ viewing angle and crystal clear images are amazing. Easy to install and set up. Alerts straight to my phone. Has 2 way call to be able to talk to who ever is at my door. Great HD video and night vision. Love that ot also has a motion detection and alerts.
