Cuts good, feels good in your hand, & durable. Had for like a year & stays pretty sharp. The blade cover is what I really like.
They come apart so you can thoroughly clean after cutting meat. I use them to trim fat off roasts, cut frozen chicken into strips, open prepackaged food bags, snip plastic fasteners, cut herbs, snip green onions.
