I ordered the correct size, it is labeled correctly, and yet it fits about 3 sizes too small. I have requested a return but received no response. Overall very displeased.

They are very small - I wear a size 10, ordered the 10/11’s and my toes sit outside the curve of the foot! Can’t wear. They are not that thick or soft…given the name “cloud” I was expecting something different - basically hard rubber.

I thought these were like the ones everyone is wearing that is thick and feels like walking on a cloud. These are thin, hard and cheap. Very disappointed.

This is a terrible product. I ordered a ladies 8 1/2. They were tremendous and very cheap quality

These sandals are not Clouds they are hard foam like and are not soft and squishy. Size was off.

Not worth but 5. Seriously. I wear them for slippers.

These slids are nothing like the popular brand. Not at all comfortable.
