I recenlty purchased the Brookstone Heated Blanket and I can say that I am very impressed! I get cold very easily, even in the summer and this blanket keeps me very warm and cozy. I also like the adjustable heat settings so I I can control how hot I want it to be. It also has an auto shut off feature so if you're forgetful like me, it will shut off without burning your house down. it's also machine washable so it makes life easier. I am defintely going to buy this in more colors!

This heated up in like 1 second! I love that! I got the dark gray texture one because I like the thicker fur. Looks more luxious and feels warmer. However the fur is in strips and between the strips is some thin material, which means cold air will seep through than it would with the gray color which is solid material throughout. I’m so upset about this!! I was in love!! If your body is half out of the blanket it feels like and nice warm on high. If you’re laying all the way under it’s pretty hot. Which is exactly what I’ll need this winter. The remote cord is super long which is also great! I love this and might exchange this for the regular gray color instead of the gray texture because of the strips. I’ll think about it. But I’ll def use the brookstone heated blanket. I’ll attach a pic of the strips I’m talking about. Faux fur coats also have this strip. =)

Softest blanket I’ve ever felt! So warm and cozy. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s cold all the time like me!!

Stopped working after 10 months. Brookstone would not honor the warranty. Called target and they said it was outside the return window and won’t do anything.

It takes a while for it to heat up, and when it does it’s not even that warm. I get very cold and have a hard time generating heat, so I’m bummed this barely works. I won’t be buying this product again.

Bought this blanket around Black Friday last year. Just took it out of the box. It heated up for a few minutes and then only stayed warm around the edges. The timer doesn’t work either. I put it on for an hour and it was still on hours later. Then today I was laying on the bed and noticed the blanket was warm despite not being on. I looked at the control and it looks like it was still pulling electricity and heating. If you still choose to order it after the terrible reviews make sure you unplug it after every use.

Had it plugged in on high for 2 hours and it barely even got warm

Purchased this blanket and used it the first day. I already know I will be returning it. Only heats up where the cord plugs into the blanket. The rest of the blanket has no heat even after giving it an hour to fully heat up.
