Solar powered lights look nice in the garden. Quality is nothing special and materials are thin and lightweight. I expect a year of service and will consider it a bonus if they go longer. The written instructions say the NiCad batteries are replaceable - I haven't checked on availability or price. For the price I can handle them being stolen.

Very difficult to figure out how to attach the plastic rod to bottom of light fixture. No directions and I still haven't figured it out! Will probably toss it.
