This is a very well made winter coat with all the details. A fleece lining that comes out and can be worn on its own, reinforced elbows, zippers that glow in light, which is important on a black jacket, and and extra bit of fabric where the zipper is to keep the cold out. I have no doubt this coat will keep my little one warm even on the coldest winter days in NY. This is a 2T, which is his normal size and it fits him well. He is on the smaller side for a 2 1/2 year old.

My 4 year old son is wearing this 5t 3 in 1 snow jacket by Cat and Jack. The outer shell of the jacket will be great for the snow and rain. The inner jacket is removable and is fleeced line. The inner jacket connects to the out jacket with zippers and the arms are connected with a Velcro strap. I love how the hood is snug and protected. This will be great for fall and transfer into winter.

Cat and Jack branding has really stepped up their game with regards to quality and thickness of the winter jacket. This is their warmest jacket and it definitely is a good thick jacket. As you can see it has reinforced arms too so it will hold up through a great deal of fall and winter play. This 18 month fits true to size so if your little one is about to wear 18 month or wearing some 12 month some 18 month this will be perfect as that’s the same size that my little boy is in. This is an all black jacket and could easily be worn by girl or boy. I also love that it can be separated into two jackets as it has the inner and outer layer for easy cleaning and changing temperatures - it may just last you a little longer.

I love the versatility of having a double layer coat. It’s nice for a variety of weather conditions and my child likes wearing the inner coat. My child is wearing the 5t size. He is currently 4.5 years old and 3.5 feet talll. The sleeves are just a little short, but overall a great coat. I wish there were more color options for boys other than black and dinosaur print. I also wish the hood had options to tighten or loosen as it doesn’t fit tight enough on my child’s head.

I highly recommend the Cat & Jack jacket. It seems like it will be very warm and cozy for my two-year-old nephew during the coldest months. The 3-in-1 design is the best feature: the inner jacket zips out, making it perfect for those not-too-cold, in-between seasons when only a light layer is needed. Love the built-in name tag,too. It’s a durable and highly practical jacket for toddlers.
