This is the best mask ever! The 4 level adjustment helped a lot when working out, adjust to the highest level if you need to breath deeply. I was skeptic on how safe is it with the covid since you can breath easier, so I did the candle test. Amazingly the flame didn't even move when I blow the candle even on the highest level. It takes time to get used to the mask but once you're adjusted, it really helps you breath better during exercises.
This product came as advertised, it has the added stress to my work out that I actually needed to expand my long capacity. I’m happy I purchased it.
