Didn’t expand as expected

Not firm and barely fluffs up.

purchased because they looked strong, comfy and LUX. There is no LUX about this pillow. They are flat and the inside goes all over the place, making my head and neck hurt. Very disappointed!

unpacked from vacuum seal and 24 hrs later still flat and no support

These are terrble. You can get pillows locally that coat less are actually thick.

I am trying to figure out how to return because once you open the pillows they expand

What a scam , I'm sorry that I paid money for this set of pillows .

These pillows are as FLAT as pancakes!! No comfort to them what so ever!!

I literally gave it a chance just like what it said on the instructions. to give it 48 to 72 hours to inflate itself. this pillow does not support your head at all. Worst pillow I ever. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! I'm suprised these pillows got good reviews.
