Although it is an older model it came in great condition.

As advertised, on time!

The computer looks good. There is a little wear on the charger ... no big deal, it works good. The only thing that might be a issue is it seems to get pretty warm on the bottom.

Laptops worked very well. However, one said "Service Battery" and was having issues holding a charge. When I asked them to send me a new battery, they wanted me to send the whole laptop back and issue a refund. I didn't want a refund, I only wanted a battery or replacement. So I chose to not send it back, as it was a great functioning laptop - just needs a new battery. Customer Service is really slow to get back to you it seems. Otherwise, these are great products for the money.
