Once I learned how to use the Roomba it was very easy. The app walks you through the details and allows to make any changes as needed. It is very user friendly.

Have 2 j7s one upstairs one down + i3 & 890. Both j7s work great. Only pain is weekly maintenance cleaning of 4 robots but in truth i am doing more than I have to. All do what they are tasked to do but the j7 have the main floors and are the best on both hard wood and carpets.

I use this once a week it cleans my whole house. It is a 2 bedroom. Does a super job

I am so impressed with the Roomba j7+. I was hesitant because I kept seeing differing reviews, along with the expensive price tag. This vacuum keeps up with the everyday cleaning, along with collecting dog hair (I have an indoor yellow labrador, who is a walking carpet). I'm impressed that you can easily use the app to schedule where to clean if you want a specific room, or have it automatically clean the whole house (you can pick the days and times). Mine is scheduled to clean daily starting at 8am, while I am at work. It maps the house as well, and surprisingly, most of the rooms it was able to identify on it's own in the mapping software. Not sure how it know what room my bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and dining room was. Extra bonus points for the obstacle avoidance. The Roomba takes pictures of items that are in the way so you can review them and let the vacuum know if it's permanant or a temporary item. The vacuum continues to get smarter every day it runs, by mapping the home. My house is all tile, however, I forget to put my shag bath mat on the shower, and it vacuums right over it without issue. If you have rugs/carpet, it will work perfectly. Pro tip: So you don't have to buy a filter every time when the app notifies you that it may be time to change it, just use a can of compressed air to clean it out, then put it back in. Works great! I wish I had bought Chad earlier.

We were very skeptical about irobot but a family member who had one encouraged us to try it. We have two cats and an Australian Shepherd, that's a LOT of hair and hours of vacuuming a week. We run the irobot three times a week and it's keeping our house clean! We are so relieved, not to mention the time we have to do fun things rather than vacuum. Definitely recommend.

This is our 2nd vacuum. We love it! Especially to run on a schedule to grab our dogs shedding, it is a game changer!

She's programmed to vacuum the whole house. Does a great and thorough job! Smart!

I love the IRobot. Cleans my floors clean. However, I got new area rugs he doesn't like thick pile carpet. He won't go oh, he trys but just can't seem to do the job. So I use him in my kitchen mostly. Not worried that he can't as even my regular vacuum don't like the pile.

I have 3 dogs, ans cats. This vacuum has no issues keeping my floors, clean!

Love the mapping and ability to clean where and when you want!
