I really appreciate CP offering MS Office 2019 at the price they do, and it has been working great. However, to be honest, your download instructions are very confusing. Three people, including me, tried to follow your instructions but became frustrated. For instance, you give instructions to use the License Code and the Product Key but they are the same number--but you don't say that. So, I was looking all over for the Product Key. Also, when I finally hit the INSTALL button, I was concerned I might be downloading Office 365 but didn't see any other way to install 2019. I would like to order more but don't know if I can handle the frustration.

I can finally write documents again without having to deal with a lot of online junk. NOT EVERYONE LIKES DEALING WITH THE CLOUD, GUYS!

It downloaded into my desktop so quickly and smoothly I didn't even know it was done until I saw that it was version 2019!!!

I just downloaded MS Pro Plus. It was easy to install per the directions. I could not really find a quick way to access the programs, so I pinned them all to the taskbar. So far all is working. Will definitely purchase from Tanga again.

Worked great. Had ordered this same thing from a Groupon seller and it wasn’t working, tried to get some assistance and they were ‘no’ help. Happened to see this one on Tanga, ordered it and worked like a champ. Tanga’s products and customer service is tops.

The download and install went fine. Haven't used the numerous applications yet. We shall see how all will go in future weeks.

It is easy to install and use for my mom. I like it.
