The heater is light, easy to operate, and has multiple settings: timer to set for a specific time period, hi and low, temperature settings, and it also rotates. The up and down arrows are for increasing or decreasing temperature. Operation is quiet and it fits well in a smaller room. Heats up the room gradually and uniformly. All in all a great little heater!

The remote was missing. I called Lasko and was told that the remotes for this model was on back order and should be in by February 12th and that one would be sent at that time. Except for that I am pleased with the heater

Heater works well but I believe it was a returned item. The box was open and someone taped it up to sale. Heater in the box without any plastics covering cord not wrapped like new. Very disappointed to pay $57 for a used item.
