I made apples in gooey syrup in the 8" pan and a pancake in the 10" pan on my induction stovetop and the food came out delicious, and it was a breeze to clean the pans with just a little bit of dishwashing liquid. I love that they are ceramic coated and the handles stay cool on the stovetop so you don't have to deal with potholders. They feel and look like professional pans and are also oven safe to 500 degrees and dishwasher safe.

I cooked scrambled eggs in the larger one and fried eggs in the smaller one and it was so easy to get my spatula in there with nothing left behind. I also liked how deep the pans are. It’s easy to fit a lot without worrying about anything going over the edges. They cleaned really well and were so nonstick that even water was sliding over the surface when washing.

I’ve been wanting ceramic non stick pans that don’t have the same harmful chemicals as traditional non stick pans do. This ceramic surface is beautiful. I cooked eggs both with and without cooking spray and the result was the same either way, no sticking! The pans are a nice weight, good quality without being too heavy to comfortably hold with one hand. Looking forward to using these for lots more dishes!

The smaller one is great for quick breakfasts or reheating leftovers and the larger one handles everything from sautéed veggies to full dinners. It’s a versatile duo that covers almost all of my daily cooking needs. The pans heat up quickly and evenly so nothing burns or sticks. The ceramic nonstick surface really delivers. I can cook with little to no oil and the food just slides right out. Cleaning is also effortless. I just need to to a quick rinse and it’s ready to go again. I also love the stainless steel design. It makes my kitchen look polished and is sturdy and well made. Definitely a kitchen staple!

The pans felt heavy and seemed to heat up very well and evenly. The pan handles stayed cool to the touch and I could easily pick up the pans without an oven glove. Cleanup was also a breeze. The pans are dishwasher safe and I will definitely wash them in the dishwasher but I hand washed them this time just to see how easy it was. I’ll be telling my family and friends to get these pans
