Box game with spinner top out instead of pushed in and locked, caused the package to bulge. One of the pieces in the spring was not attached. Not sure if it will actually work or fall apart after minimal use. My guess is whoever repackaged (there was tape on the box since the seal(s) had been broken, was not careful in the repack. The factory knows how to package these returns, the worker was either careless or not properly trained.

This is the first salad spinner I’ve ever purchased. I use it almost solely to dry washed fruit (berries) and occasionally some leafy greens. It does a decent job and seems to be mostly gentle on the produce. The product is functional, but I’m not a fan of how much space it takes up although I’m not sure there is a way around that.

After trying a few diff types, this one felt the best engineered. It's fast, easy to clean and the lid collapses so it fits better in the cabinet. My only complaint is that the rubber brake wears out quickly, maybe 10 uses. The brake still functions just have to push it back into place now after every use. I have a minimalist kitchen, so it's gotta be a pretty special tool for me to buy, and tbh this is one of my favorite kitchen purchases!

I received this as a wedding gift from our registry. I've already used it several times and I have to say that it sure beats trying to dry lettuce with paper towels... I do recommend giving it a few pumps and letting it spin, then dump out the water from the bottom and pump and let it run again for optimal drying... I've found that this method works pretty well.

I got this lettuce spinner at a yard sale for $ and it was like new. I love it and i love the fact that i didn't have to pay full price for it =)
