Curling iron is not brand new. Item literally comes loose in a shipping box. Not in a hot tools branded box or even a bag. Not like I need Instructions but there is no paperwork included. Appears to be used or refurbished does not get hot enough to even curl my thin hair.
Love that the cord swivels so you don't get tangled in it. And cord is longer than most. Great product.
