I both these one and a half months ago. Although the sound quality is good but the product is not reliable. Its right segment is not working now. I am extremely disappointed with this highly rated product. I think Skullcandy should take an immediate action and replace it.

as always one earphone goes dead, just buy some other trash earbuds, maybe wireless ebcause it seems to be an issue with the wires inside the bud not being secure enough, skullcandy has gone to the trash these last few years dont even bother

They offer a warranty but to claim it is very expensive. You spend money to courier the product and get a discount code in return to buy from their website.

The package was arrived in good condition but the actual earphone was not working.

Control buttons did not work with my cell phone, and my computer wouldn't recognize them at all. Skull Candy used to be a good brand but this was very disappointing.

Item specifically says “ Wireless bluetooth” but is not, 100% useless to me, this headset is wired and won’t work for my intended purpose. Even the photos are deceiving with them not showing the end of the cord. Very disappointed.

They were not Bluetooth

It's a pathetic product. One of the ears stopped working after 2 months of purchase. Claimed warranty, got it replaced only to get another piece of this earphone which stopped working after 1.5 months!

Earphones arrived damaged - one earphone plays constant static when plugged in.
