Great little vacuum with all the features and accessories you would need to detail your car. Dirt bin capacity is a bit small, but unless you're a real slob, it's not a big deal. Only drawback - the seller doesn't have extra filters for sale.

I've got kids. Therefore, my car gets crumby at times. Whenever it got too crumby, I would hook up an extension cord to a shop vac and drag the shop vac to the car. The shop vac certainly worked in eliminating crumbs, but it's tedious to deal with a cord stretched from the house to the car. And when things are tedious for me, they rarely get done. I knew I needed something more portable in order to get the job done. Therefore I was excited to try out this portable vacuum. The thing I love about this vacuum is that it gets the job done. It has both a plugged-in mode and a portable mode. The vacuum was noticeably more powerful when plugged into the 12V lighter port of my car than when operated completely wirelessly. That being said, the portable mode was sufficient to vacuum up my crumb mess.Emptying the dust bin is quick and easy. Admittedly since it's just dust and muffin crumbs, I simply pushed the button to dislodge the dust bin and dumped the crumbs in my grass to decompose. One of my favorite features of this vacuum is how quiet it is. I was bracing myself for it to be loud, but it is rather quiet. This seems to be the case for both portable and plugged-in modes. My only criticism of this design was the plug in the back. It is a square round plug that is typically used for polarized 120V AC cords. This however requires 12V DC. My concern is that if I were to not use this for a long time and forget that this is not an AC plug, I could severely damage the device. Or if this was to find its way to a thrift store in the future, someone might mistake this as requiring a polarized AC cord. Now the cord that comes with it does have a warning that clearly states that it is to use 12V lighters only; however, without the cord, that information isn't obvious. I will have to label the vacuum myself to remind myself to only use the 12V cord.Overall, I'm pleased with this product. I'm going to leave it in my car from now on. Hopefully, this helps me make cleaning my car a more frequent occurrence.

When I first tried this, I plugged the 12VDC cord into the car power and was quite impressed with it's suction power. It picks up dog hair, road dirt and sand easily. When I ran it off of the battery, it was a very noticeable drop in power but I realized this is by design. The cord is plenty long enough to reach the front and back seats easily, and for those beyond that range, the battery power is just fine really. I also really like how easy it is to dump the dirt out and clean. One other feature that is a big plus is the indicator light. I have another rechargeable dust vacuum and there's no way to tell if it's fully charged or nearly dead. It's nice to know when it's full so you can avoid overcharging it. Quite happy with it, and this will have a permanent home in my vehicle so I can clean anywhere.

It’s a good portable car vacuum cleaner to get up messes an you can use it at work or at home and it’s got the cord for the car an if you have a charging station or phone charger you can charge it up inside
