this product is a disappointment. The stand quality sucks, you have to be careful every time you touch the stuff in the plate, mine fell off and broke 2 plates.

The plate ware is great...it’s the stand itself that is flimsy and one of the side legs was slightly turned outward which made the base teeter. There was no way to bend it back in place. My immediate fix (this was purchased for thanksgiving) was to balance the offset leg onto the thick fabric of my centerpiece. Save your money and get this similar item at the larger retail outlets.

This is a beautiful tray. The only issue I have with it is it’s incredible unsturdy. Since there’s no cross brace along the back the sides shift back and forth fluidly. I wouldn’t trust this around children or using it for things that would be taken off and put back onto it.

The media could not be loaded. This product would be great but it’s just not sturdy. I ordered the first one and got ready to assemble it to use it and one of the shelves was warped. The black metal part where the plate rest one wouldn’t stay in the hole even after putting weight on it from the plate. I then returned it thinking I’ll just get another and it’ll be fine because I really do like the product and it would be great for my party. Nope. The second one arrived, I assembled and as you can see in the video the holes for the top tier is too big or something because the plate wobbles while sitting on it. I should also mention that in some areas the metal side pieces where chipped, see pic. Overall this is a really nice idea of a product just not executed or made very well. Please make improvements.

Very unstable. The metal tier part was crooked so when the platters were placed on top, it was crooked. The metal tier portion is only able to stand up IF all three platters are attached. I would not buy again. It served its purpose for the 3 hrs I needed it for hence the 2 stars.

I love to entertain that’s the reason I got it, I have to say I used it the other day and I am disappointed I thought it would have been more sturdy but the metal shelves are really loose, it seem like the hole are too big not sure but overall not happy.
