I ordered this for my granddaughters birthday, however, there's an obvious spot on the screen that can't be removed. It also keeps saying it needs to be updated and I don't know how because the directions are crap. I decided to take a chance and order a second one for the granddaughter in hopes it's better than this one.

Seems to work fine but an older model and does not have the latest version of the software and can no longer upgrade. The only option is to buy a new one or at least newer than this.

The computer is so old that it cannot install even Google apps. Immediately upon starting it up, it tells you that it cannot be used without an update that it cannot do.
