the right side dont work, its always red on the charger but yet obviously dont charge and she just took it out the box brand new. i got this one because it was normally more expensive and was on sale so i assumed they were going to be a good set. could have paid a lot less for a better working pair

Everything feels great on these earbuds. From the sound to the fit. Problem is like many others, one of the earbuds has become useless. Left earbud will not hold enough charge, I literally left it in the case for a full 2 days. The right earbud lasts the estimated amount of time perfectly, around 6 to 8 hrs give or take, but the left earbud lasts around 20 mins. I did not expect this type of quality from Skullcandy. Very disappointing.

I could not get them to pair with my phone. Thinking it was my phone I tried my lap top..... no-go. Thinking it was me took them to a friend......then an expert. Still not pairing, now I know it's them and unfortunately I have gone pass the return window. So I'm stuck with nothing but a hole in my wallet.

EDIT:: it's now may (3 months later) and neither bud works. The tile app no longer locates them, they turn on at random in the charger and drain, and the left one won't pair anymore. Not worth more than 5 bucks. The Tile portion is a little lack luster, the noise really isn't loud enough to hear if you lost your earbud under a blanket or across the house. For the price range, the sound quality is okay. The plastic is a little cheap feeling, but if you had the previous Sesh buds you already know that.

The case will charge but won't charge the buds unless it's plugged in. 4 lights on the case but the buds will not charge and skullcandy's 1-year warranty doesn't include shipping the item back to them! Their customer service people are very nice but considering I tried trouble shooting before contacting them, they should send out postage-paid return labels. Oh well. Live and learn. You get what you pay for.

I had heard good things about the Skullcandy and was willing to fork over the extra money for these over some of the cheaper earbuds I've bought. I am very disappointed with them overall though, they never worked well on calls, the people I would speak to would complain they could barely hear me or I was breaking up. So I ended up using them with my computer and they had great sound quality, but I used them for maybe 20-30 hours and recharged them 4-5 times. Now the earbuds are dead and won't even recharge. I plug the case in and nothing happens.

The case for these headphones is killed by "rapid" chargers, which Skullcandy defines as anything over 1.5 amps! I looked through all my old chargers and they were all 2.0A and above. I had this plugged into a Anker IQ charger and after a few minutes the case stopped working. I contacted support and they told me the following: "Please note we recommend only charging with a computer or with a wall adapter with only 1.1-1.5 amps. Never use an Apple adapter, rapid charger, or car charger." "I kindly advise that you plug your case into a computer or a laptop for the best charge" I then asked: "can you really not use a rapid charger with this? That is insane to me since every single wall charger and battery pack you get these days is rapid" with the response: "The rapid charger will not charge the product properly, just like an apple wall adpater it will either kill the battery or you will receive no response from it"
