One of the two batteries will not charge / will not work, so one battery for two appliances. Still in process of trying to get this rectified. One of the reasons I am anti-battery, though that can be a better option than a cord, but once a battery is bad or lost, it is a worthless item.

I ordered this for my fiance and neither of the battery packs work. Now i have to return the entire thing when all i really need is new battery packs. I love the tools. I just wish it was easier than this to get all of this taken care of.
