Unfortunately the product was stained from the previous use although marked as NEW. Even if marked as USED, I would still expect the product to be nicely cleaned, but this one was really yukee! yet marked as NEW ! And the return process was/is somehow painful. I was unable to get a return label through the on-line pop-ups. Had to send an email with request to finalize the process. Why? Haven't receive the refund yet, but hoping to get it soon with no additional action required. Fingers crossed!

Very easy to use, has awesome features. You are able to even set a time for when you want it to brew coffee. Perfect for busy mornings. You wake up to your fresh coffee. Also has a sensor that detects the pitcher so if you are making coffee and in a rush when you pick it up even it is still brewing it with stop dripping and continue when the pitcher is placed back. Espresso machine and frother also work great.

This machine is very user-friendly and makes a great espresso. I hadn't made my own cappuccinos in a very long time, but it was easy to get back in the swing of making a really good one.

This is our second unit. It is a great way to kick start your day.

This is a fairly heavy machine. Quality made and performs flawlessly. Makes a great froth for Cappuccino's and the coffee maker is first rate. I'm super happy with this All-in-ONE combo from, De'Longhi.

Makes delicious coffee and I love having the ability to make a normal pot of coffee and a latte within the same machine. I highly recommend!
