They do hold and they do lift for sure.

I bought these because I don't always like my bra straps showing through like a lace top so I thought they would be perfect for that. This was a good buy for me.

They actually work! They are very comfortable. Great to have for strapless tops, or you just don't want to wear a bra. TY Tanga!

These things hurt when you take them off. I guess they have to stick good or they may fall off, but jeez... worse than taking off a bandaid. I'm going to try and figure out some way that there isn't so much sticky on them. Maybe leave some of the clear backing that they are on so that it doesn't stick all the way around. Otherwise, I don't know that I will be able to wear them. I gave them 4 stars because they stick but they hurt when you take them off so I took off one star.

Worked well once, tried them a 2nd time and they didn't stick well.
