Excelente product cooking
The quality of this cookware is exemplary. Good heat distribution, solid tight fitting lid. I purchased the 7.5 qt version as I wanted to be able to accommodate a full pork shoulder (or 2) at a time. Well, this one will do it and then some. This pot is huge and heavy. So just be aware. Probably not your everyday Dutch Oven unless you cook for a crowd every night.
Absolutely beautiful! I would say it’s bigger than what I expected! Not a problem as it’s perfect. Taken back by the quality along with the beautiful color. My first Dutch oven and love it!! Will buy the smaller version!
