Great little humidifier. Easily refills and puts out a good amount of vapor. Sleek and small enough for your night stand. Lots of people complained about leaking, I didn’t have an issues with that if you put it into the base correctly.

This little machine works great but is very sensitive and very finicky. If you pour the water into the water tank while it’s attached to the base it will dump an overload of water from the tank to the base and leak out everywhere. Once you learn how to use it, it works like a champion. I almost returned it but decided to learn it’s ways and now we get along fine.

1. our old humidifier was incredibly stupid bc there was no way to physically wipe off the tank. this humidifier is incredibly well designed because you absolutely can clean anywhere you might need to. also, haven't needed to so maybe the antimicrobial thing is for real. 2. took off a star bc if you set it on high, a full tank does not last all night, and we had two random leaking incidents that we're not sure what happened? maybe overfilled?

There is no way to adjust the flow of steam, so it did not last more than 6 hours. Disappointing.

Dislike having to purchase distilled water to keep the white sentiment from water down

Ok I was hesitant to buy based on all of the reviews about it leaking water and/or the mist soaking everything around it. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and have not run into these issues while using. When this is running on high it does not last for 8 hours. When I run this on low it will last for more than 8 hours but the mist is minimal. I’m not waking up with dry nasal passages so it probably still works on low. I missed the part of the instructions that say do not move the entire unit when it is filled with water. I did that and there is an overfill water release nozzle that sent water everywhere. Lesson learned. It still works after my mishap and hasn’t spilled water everywhere since. And whether I run on high or low the surrounding area isn’t covered in water.

This was smaller than anticipated but works well and has an auto shut off when water is low/gone

This is a fairly good humidifier. There are two settings for the amount out humidity it provides. I prefer the higher setting but it runs dry and shuts off sooner on higher setting. This definitely helps to eliminate sinus problems (post nasal drip) for me. The compartment for natural oils/medicated rub is not good. I don't notice any scent when using it so, in my opinion, better to leave it dry. I appreciate the regular style electric cord but it would be much easier if the cord disconnected from the machine. As is, it has to be unplugged each time to clean and refill. But it is easy to clean, with warm water daily and a bit of white vinegar occasionally. Keep it clean so not to cause bacteria growth.

Regardless of all the bad reviews I read, mostly leaks, I decided to purchase this item. In my opinion, it works really well. I did, however, experience a major leak myself, but that was probably my fault as I decided to refill the tank after it stopped running rather than pouring out the water from the tank and base. Back to the bad reviews, there were couple of them where the product immediately leaks. My suggestion is to avoid getting water in the middle tube (see photo) while filling the tank. My theory of why these leaks are occurring is probably because water is accidentally getting poured into that tube rather than the tank itself, which will overflow the base causing water to leak out the bottom. The manual says to fill the tank before setting on the base, but I use a cup to pour the water in. Again this is just my belief and suggestion.

Exactly what we wanted, quiet and efficient. No leaks so far! Can't speak to its effectiveness since its in my child's room.
