I bought this in November and haven't had any issues. I keep it clean and only use it 3 days a week when I'm away from home. Last night I turned it on, came on no problem, 10 minutes later it turned itself off and will not come back on. No visible issues, no damage. Really annoyed and wish I could get my money back. I have another brand at home and I've had it for 5 years with no issues.

It won’t stay on it turns off after 5 mins :/ then I check the water and it’s still full so I’m not sure what’s the issue

I was so excited to use this humidifier in my room, but when I got home and set it all up I came into my room to find the floor soaked in water. The humidifier was leaking all the water from the bottom. I tried multiple times to see what was going on with it but every time I tried, I always came back to find water everywhere.

Bought it because it was sleek and small. Was easy to set up - very few parts or instructions. Said to set on mat because it does leak a little, but I woke up to my entire desk being soaked and the floor had a giant puddle on it. It's like it leaked the entire 1/2 gallon. So disappointed.

Had two replacements on this humidifier. Leaking problem will never go away even tho i only put a cup of water. Horrible.

I’ve bought many of these and they all leak sabe your money or just ignore me and be frustrated. Just trust me and save the annoyance

It leaked and ruined my hard wood floors. Who designed a humidifier with a hole underneath it? It’s junk!

Worked ok first time I used it for about a week when I was sick in December. Caught a cold five months later and tried to use it but leaked entire cylinder on nightstand real pain to clean up when you’re sick. Thought it was a fluke and tried again near sink but same thing happened. I checked inside to make sure all pieces were intact to prevent leaks and nothing was out of place. Will try to return or trash. Found better humidifiers on Amazon with great reviews but I didn’t want to wait for shipping so originally bought this in store.

WILL Leak all its water. Do not buy.

It worked well the first few weeks. Then I stopped using it and dried it out and stored it. I went to go use it a month later and it smells awful. It was completely dry when I stored it so i don’t know what the problem is. I even used different types of water and it still smells awful. What a waste.
