The small gasket at the bottom of the reservoir wasn’t flat when I first got it, so water would have poured out. I fixed that, filled it Ruth water, and I’ve been running it a week and it has worked great. I also like the spot for essential oils. Diffusers get to be too much for me, but the pad allows you to add a couple drops and still get a nice scent.

This humidifier works perfect in my bedroom. Easy to fill no leaking..and instead of removing the entire tank to fill I just fill a craft with water and poor it in. My only con to this humidifier is it does not last 8hrs of sleep, it has two settings low and high I keep it high.

Great for my son's room. Like that it has a tray for Vicks vapor oil and no filters needed!

wow! All the negative reviews sounds like defective products. I bought mine back in January, and still works great. i’ve never had issues with it staying on or any leaking. I even dropped it once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Holmes 0.36gal Antimicrobial Top Fill Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier works pretty good. It has 2 settings; high or low. It says that it can run up to 16 hours in the low setting. This humidifier also has a tray where you can add essential oil scents to it. I wish it had some preset times to run but it doesn't. It does have a safety shutoff feature if it runs low on water though. It hold about a half gallon of water. Good humidifier for small rooms like a bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for congestion that comes with allergies. It works well and does break it up. We like that the steam is visible so we ca see it working. It doesn't come out hot either. Only problem i could find with this is that if it gets nudged slightly while on the counter it can leak. So we learned quickly that we have got to make sure its in a place that it will not get bumped or touched.

It's so compact with only a handful of pieces that were easy to put together and easy to clean. Despite the small size, this thing can really flow. The water pumps out at an impressive pace. I do wish the "pumper" was at a slight angle. It seemed to really flow upwards but then kind of fall back down on the machine so I couldn't really send it in my direction. If it had been at an angle, I think it might have more effectively filled my room or more effectively reached me (which is the goal). Regardless, this is super easy to use and had two settings that adjust the amount of moisture released. I also like the little tray for essential oils (such a simple addition but makes a difference). Overall, I really liked it and with one small adjustment, would have given it five stars.

It doesn't work quite as well in a larger, more open space but it obviously can still be used in this way, just perhaps not quite as effectively. It's very compact and easier to clean than a lot of other humidifiers that I've tried. This is going to be perfect for the colder winter months when it gets dry and any extra moisture is appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier is ideal for a small to medium size room. The unit itself is pretty little but if puts out a good amount of mist. I do wish it held more water though because it only has enough space for sixteen hours worth of water. The unit is sleek looking but the plastic feels a little flimsy. I found it to be easy to open and fill. The aromatherapy feature is very unique too. Having two settings for the mist is helpful because on very dry days I can increase the amount of mist. Overall this is a very effective humidifier.
