Received the umbrella in the projected time. Nicely packed and in good shape. Loved the price. Umbrella is well made and very easy to assemble. Looks great and very well made.

It arrived ok but I found an extra metal threaded pin in the box. It doesn’t have base plates (which are shown in directions), so it’s unstable and the umbrella hangs by a thread (literally).

The product is great and the customer service was amazing. Very responsive and helpful when I had a question. Would definitely recommend this seller.

The original order was delivered when expected. However was missing the Solar panel to power the lights. Upon contacting the seller they promptly tried to get me one through their distributer but where in unable. So instead they told me they would ship me a whole new one free of charge if I was willing to wait until July. I said of course I can wait. Well I have to say. July came and I recieved it very early on and it was fully intacted and operational. It was a bit of a rough start but I have to say I am a fully satisfied customer. I feel the seller went above and beyond to make this unfortunate accident right. Thank you very much. Would buy from again.
