High quality, easy to use, easy to clean but I also purchased the Target by design 10" and 8" pans at the same time. I can't tell the difference in the two 10" pans except for slight cosmetic differences. I have several Cuisinart pans already but am going to purchase the Target by design brand in the future.
Very good quality item, solid construction, easy to clean. We use on our glass top stove and induction of heat is amazing. Able to cook and fry foods on a much lower setting than conventional pans. Handle very comfortable and no heat transfer. Use very little oil or butter, since the heat transference allows the entire pan to get to desired temperature. Don’t have to use high settings on range top to cook foods thoroughly, so less or no chance of burning.
I was very pleased to find a stainless steel pan for this price. I try to avoid non-stick items (the jury is still out on their safety.) It's very easy to clean by hand, and it is also dishwasher safe if you prefer that. If you want to cook very large portions, you might look for something bigger, but this is a great size for most things. No complaints - I would definitely purchase it again.
It has been a long time to get a frying pan that I enjoy. I have been through the cheap Gotham frying pans, Teflon coated..etc.. always went back to my old stainless steel pans which I am glad I never gave away or my trusty cast iron. So far there has been nothing wrong with this pan. I have fried bacon, braised chicken wings in it. And YES IT IS GOING TO STICK, all you have to do is soak for a couple of hours and come back and hand wash it, don't be lazy and stick it in the dishwasher, I believe that will ruin it over time. I rub it down with Crisco grease heat it up wipe it out. Really love that the handle does not get hot at all so great.!!! I am going to buy another one, just wish they came with lids, would make the offer more enticing.
