Very satisfied with this tent! We used to haul a regular style canopy to the beach and now we have this great tent that packs so small and holds up much better in the wind.

So far I like it. The test will be at the beach next month.

This canopy is top of the line & a MUST HAVE for beach trips! Withstood the strong winds, was super easy to put up & tear down. Super high quality materials & versatile. We LOVED it!

This works great. It deserves some sort of engineering award. Everything fits into a bag the size of a briefcase. This is a lower-priced knock-off, but the quality is great. We bought the 10X8 and it easily accommodates 4 people. Easy set-up. Stretch the fabric flat on the beach by securing the corners with the provided sand bags or tent stakes ( we found it easier to tie a short piece of rope to the grommet adjacent to the sand bags and use tent stakes). We secure the tops of the poles to the fabric using the bungee cords BEFORE raising the poles. It is easier while the fabric is somewhat relaxed. We then raise the poles. Done. Fine for light/moderate winds. Take it down in reverse order - take poles down, release the bungee cords, pull up on the ropes to pull out the stakes. For moderate to high winds, a few tips. Place tops of 4 poles 6 inches from the corners so that the fabric is horizontal and there is no "sail" effect. Lean windward poles a bit towards the wind. In high winds the poles will sway and the fabric will billow. So I added a second tent rope to the windward corners or, if needed, to all 4 corners. So each corner has 2 ropes at 45 degree angles. No more sway. To stop the billowing I bought 2 extra poles and placed them halfway along the 10 foot length of the fabric with one tent stake each. No more billowing. And no need to adjust the orientation of the tent due to shifting winds. Others were taking down their traditional umbrellas while we were fine. Could not find Tangkula poles, so bought 2 Sun Ninja 6.6 Ft poles (2/$26). Bought Acenilen 6 pack adjustable tent ropes, 4 meters ($9.53) and Harbor Freight 12 inch plastic tent stakes. Original bag would not hold everything including my rubber mallet so I use a gym bag.

Es un producto excelente, ligero, fácil de armar y realmente te cubre del sol, totalmente recomendable, caben sin problema 8 adultos bajo la sombra. Lei algunas opiniones que no es a prueba de viento, lo es solo que hay que buscar la dirección del viento para acomodarlo y colocar suficiente material en las bolsas arena, piedras etc, pero es un increíble producto.

The coverage for this sun shield is pretty good. Let’s see if it holds up on my next trip. I’m hoping to use it for the upcoming soccer season if it happens. Update: I used this sun shade in the USVIs and the coverage was excellent!! Except for it not being waterproof, but it shouldn’t rain at the beach anyway!!!!! I had several people ask about the brand and where I purchased the sunshade. I was happy to share my answers!

We used the shade in Maderia Beach Florida. Very easy set up for two people. Each day was very windy at the beach. We took some metal sand grabber anchors to anchor the poles. Had we not had the anchors, the shade would have flown away-even with the sand bags filled heavy. We loved the shade. Plenty of room for 4 chairs and beach cart. The sun was very strong and thank goodness for the shade. Recommendation-sell the shade with metal sand anchors and 6 poles. Would be the perfect product for a windy beach!
