The nose and ear pieces are the first that go so I purchased an extra set to have on hand. His last pair lasted seven years and he still has them and can wear them. Great sunglasses with great quality and looks. Fits very well on the face without causing any pain or discomfort when wearing for long times. Have no metal pieces and hence no fear of rusting. It's been about a year now and still look like new and no noticeable issues at all.
