Many of the negative reviews of this item seem unfair to me. These are very good masks: good fit, good coverage of the face, thick, well built. I particularly like having head straps instead of ear straps. This is a real N95 NIOSH approved mask (I checked on the CDC web site). It is as close as you can reasonably get to a 3M mask.

I just bought this item and received the package today. Box was in tact. All the masks came packaged correctly. When I first saw them I was skeptical as the material felt fake like it was made from cardboard. So I decided to see if these N95 mask with Niosh approved. I know the M. N95 masks are a bit different than these. I looked them up on the CDC website and was able to confirm that they are real according to the CDC! I used the N95 mask today. After I put mask on there was NO Odour what so ever! The mask did remind me of the M N95mask as far as far as texture and comfort. Different manufacturers make n95 mask a different style. These are real!!!! I also tested the mask via using a lighter and was NOT able to blow it out. The staps were fine. I know eventually the straps may break but there usage is really only limited amount of time you wear it. Also all masks were also designed for 1 use only.

WHAT ARE THESE OTHER PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT? If you look at the niosh website, these ARE N95!!! I have used other n95 masks and I prefer these. Cheaper and more available than 3m. These straps are more durable than the 3m too. Why would someone say not adjustable? You can see from the listing it has elastic straps. I have a big face and you can see it fits. I have used another brand that is thicker but feels scratchy. This keeps its shape vs some that ride up chin. When I put these on I don't have to keep messing with them to stay on my nose and chin.

Seems like the USA would have solved the N95 mask availability problems by now, but this is a pretty decent mask, Chinese made, has a foam inner strip that should have in theory helped with the seal around the nose, but I found it to run a bit on the small side for western faces, and the foam did not seem to work all that well. Tough to wear with glasses, seems to still want to fog. For me at least, the 3M variants fit better. Nose wire is a bit on the weak side, but for most masks, that is the case. Layering and filtering seems adequate. Has head straps instead of ear straps, a definite pro (you may need to knot or use a cord lock to get the right tension). Manufacturing quality seems well above average.

Good mask but hard to store.
