I really want to "love" this product and give it a sparkling review, however I cannot because only half of the product even worked in the first place. After 4 days of using the strips and blue light together, the blue light gave up and ran out of batteries. I did use the strips for the rest of the 10 days and got decent results, but how can I tell how my teeth would have turned out if the blue light contraption that I paid for didn't even work? I bought the kit right before the "shut down" in California and would have returned or exchanged it when the blue light stopped working but we're only supposed to go out for essential items, so I haven't been back to Target. Bummer!

It’s an alright product. I didn’t see hardly any improvement within the 14 days. Also, the strips don’t fit your teeth right. They slide everywhere which would lead me to believe it wouldn’t do an even job anyways. On the plus side. They don’t leave my teeth hurting and sensitive.

I have used these white strips in the past and thought they did an excellent job. However, the light included with this set will not turn on and it is ineligible for return.

Purchased it yesterday. Went to use it and it beeps then turns off.

i guess i have the opposite problem of most people. i JUST got this, used it for the first time and the light will not turn off meaning it will die before i even get to use the entire treatment. extremely annoying especially after paying almost 50 dollars for it.

Excited to use this item and open the box put on the strips and after the 25 minutes was over open the light to put it on and the light won’t stay on for more than five seconds at a time when it’s supposed to stay on for five minutes. Very frustrated to I spent $45 on this for the light to not even work.

The light will only stays on for 3 seconds at a time. This was the first time too. What a waste of money!!!

Super disappointed! I was very excited to use this item, but when it came time to use the blue light for the first time it didn't even work. I'm most likely going to purchase a different brand next time in order to avoid more disappointment.
