My box is missing both of the 1 hour whitening treatments. All it has is the vivid 30 minute treatments

I’ve used Crest Whitestrips in the past and enjoyed them but couldn’t use this 3D version. After one wear my teeth hurt really bad. It made them all sensitive and painful to the touch and the sensation lasted for over a day. I discontinued using after that.

Pic with the border is before. Do not use if you have weak enamel! I spaced my treatments out a lot but my enamel was eaten at! In between my two front teeth there are two vertices black lines now, which is cause by breaking down of the enamel, these lines don’t appear to be going away, now it looks like I always have dark crap in between my front teeth. My teeth are also more translucent now and I’m crying. Wish I never did this.

I ordered the vivid plus hoping it would be a little stronger since I originally purchased the classic version and I didn’t get as drastic results as I wanted. This box was vacuum sealed but filled with classic vivid strips in a vivid plus box. Not sure if the seller or manufacturer made the mistake of it’s the same product yet advertised as something stronger but this is kind of disappointing as I ordered the vivid PLUS specifically. The product works but now I’m just left with the same product I already bought, used, and didn’t get desired results from. This makes me nervous to spend more money on the stronger versions now as the cheapest version was put in this box somehow. If anyone has any light to shed on this that would be cool.

I have used crest white strips in the past and have never had any issues. I started off with the regular 30 minute strips and made it through 2. On the second pack, I had mild sensitivity for a few hours but nothing unbearable. I decided to wait 2 weeks to do the next set in case the sensitivity got any worse. I then tried the 1 hour express strips and kept them on for about 50 minutes with no sensitivity while the strips were on; however, after a few hours i started to feel sharp pains in my top and bottom teeth that gradually got worse and worse over the next few hours. It was unbearable 6 hours in and I barely slept that night. It took about 12 hours for the pain to subside enough to fall asleep and about 18 hours for the pain to go away completely. I did notice some whitening but no amount of whitening would make that pain worth it. I will be returning.

Maybe these work for some people, but I definitely learned the hard way that they do NOT work for me. The first few times were ok— but soon I started to see some random white spots on my teeth. Then sensitivity kicked in. Now, maybe 5 days into the whitening treatment, the strips have started to tear/rip apart my gums in between and directly above my teeth. It’s extremely painful. My whole mouth is inflamed, including the roof of my mouth. And to top it off, I honestly can’t tell if it’s even whitening my teeth.

the light didnt turn on at all, i have to return this product. Not worth it!

Hurts extremely bad and leaves sores on your gums. Didn't even notice a difference that would be worth that pain.

I have used strips before and been fine, but I used these 1 time and my teeth became SUPER sensitive. I had to go out and buy so many different products like sensitivity toothpaste and mouth wash, topical numbing, I've tried so many things but it's been over a month and the same teeth that started being sensitive the moment I took the strip off, are still incredibly sensitive. this is ridiculous. my teeth are ruined by these strips. which sucks because their other products were fine. It worked as far as temporarily whitening but the effects aren't worth it.

I’ve never written a review here, but this is HORRIBLE. I do not have sensitive teeth. I actually can bite ice cream. This sent the SHARPEST pain through my teeth.
