Thing will not work

This portable charger was listed as being new, but it is clearly not. Has scuff marks on both sides of it that can't be cleaned nor removed.

Not much to brag about. I had to return . . .

It worked fine at first but it stopped charging my devices after a month. Would not recommend.

The unit I received is defective. I tried to charge it for 8 hours and only one light lights up. I have no idea if the Power Bank is fully charged or is only 25% charged. If all power banks are like this, I can't recommend it's purchase.

I plugged in my phone that was at 5% and I only got about 56% charge from the whole charging pack.
