I was very impressed with the quality of the product. Like new. If I needed another one, I would buy another.

This Dell does not have Windows 11, as promised in the ad.It has Windows10 Pro! It also does not connect to my wi-fi.It won't recognize the Netgear40 in the same room as the computer.The only way I can get online is connect it with the internet hot spot on my smart android phone.I am not pleased!
