I wasted money on this. There's no sort of tension adjuster on this

No tension. Doesn’t do anything at all. Too bad, I had high hopes for it. You could be a 99 year old woman in poor health and be able to use it with no strain.

Complete useless. Doesn’t twist. It just lays there. You can’t move it. Doesn’t come off floor. The only thing that you can use it for is the back stretcher. But even that’s useless, because it’s so awkward to position yourself onto seat. You have to literally sit on the floor, then shimmy onto the back seat. It’s that low. Unless you can go straight into sitting onto floor from standing position.

Don’t buy unless you are new to an work and not planning on returning. I got this, east to put together and looks great but when you do the ab work you get nothing. It has no adjustable anything to make it more resistant. Doing ab work on the floor works my abs more with no machine. Also to return was $43 in shipping & they never gave me the refund money. Thank god Amazon coved all that for me.
