It’s too low that’s very difficult to get up

Item came damaged. It has a lot of rips

Received with missing parts! Not impressed! #2 head support and #8 knob. Now what can I do to get these parts.

I've had this machine since April and I cando 200 sit-ups with ease.... when I do sit-ups on my ab rocket or on my own after "30" I'm dying. I can feel the burn and they always say no pain no gain soooo.... I'm not convinced this is the machine for me. I requested a return but it costs half of what it costs (83)

I like the fact I will be working on my abs. This machine do not support to much weight. The seat is not that wide and if you lift while sitting on the set it is very hard to lift 252lbs. I got on it and my weight is 148 and the seat did not wont to lift. It is very lite weight in materials, very unbalance when you try to lift yourself. One plus it is easy to assemble.

I expected more resistance or a knob to increase resistance in engaging your abdominals. However, it does not work well to meet various core strength levels.

little too small for me, 5'9, 135lb. and pretty rough surface, easy hurt my back, need cover a towel to protect my back.
