I love this thing. worth every penny.Been doing it a week straight and have already noticed a huge decrease in some knee pain and overall soreness from working out and being active.The quality is great, the bottom seems padded or cushioned, and is comfortable to sit in. I'm 5'8 and have plenty of space. I like to submerge my head and work on hold my breath. I found it helps you focus on something other than the cold. I also specifically bought it for the lid and the marketing of "change it every four weeks"I also bought a electric thermometer and its kept the water in the 61-63 degree range.I used ice cold water and three bags of ice when i first fille dit up. I could add more ice to get it colder but i haven't. I also live in Colorado and it's been a rainy few weeks. and my patio is covered and faces north/ little sun exposure.My only complaint is that I've recommended this product to a bunch of people and it seems to be unavailable! Pros:- Shockingly easy to set up. Took me about two minutes to set it up, not including the time taken to fill with water. Didn't even have to look at the user manual.- It's easy to drain and move.- Deceptively roomy. Space to move around a bit and submerge your head.- Cover keeps the water clean and cool.Cons:- It's a little pricey.- It's not as cold as I'd prefer it to be, even with four bags of ice; but I've been doing this for a long time so I want really cold water. In order to keep it really cold I freeze four giant Ziploc bags of water overnight and dump it in the cold pod in the morning.Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this product. This was super easy to set up. Took me about 15 mins and the hardest part was getting the tube around the top pumped up. We put it on top of a wooden pallet and it fits on there great. We live in norther US and the temp in the tub, which is in the shade most the day, hovers around 65/70. We do add ice each time and it cools down fairly well. I would like to get it a little colder, under 60 but I’m the summer it’s not possible without having to get ice everyday. We have been putting frozen water bottles and gallon bags of frozen water to cook it down. You probably have to do that at least an hour before getting in.I’m 6 feet tall and fit fine in it. This beauty is super simple and quick to set up(instructions included for those who may need them).11 minutes to fill, add a block of ice, get in and feel the benefits. I had my first go(10 minutes), an hour before bed and it was the best night’s sleep I’ve had for a long long time. This product is well made with what feels like high quality materials. It looks a lot better than other cold tubs on the market and is a luxurious upgrade coming from a plastic tub. I wish I chose this straight away.The set up was really easy and only took a couple of minutes. There is also an easy to follow start up guide.I am about 5"10 and when sat fully onto the bottom I am covered up to my chin with plenty of room around me unlike other products where I have found I am cramped up by my legs while crouching down. there is padding on the bottom which was very comfortable to sit in as well as in inflatable neck rest around the top of the ring.The lid is easy to apply and secured on with a drawstring.The valve allows easy emptying of the cold tub with an attachable hose (just make sure you close it before filling the tub unlike me).Everything was packaged very professionally with everything I needed including a bag for easy storage.Very prompt deliveryI could not recommend this product enough! I used mine for close to a year now and have enjoyed using it. Size wise its on the smaller size but if you curl your knees to your chest then I am able to get my shoulders underwater as well. As with most of the inflatable cold plunges this doesn't stay cold for very long but unless you're spending significantly more money this is to be expected. Mine has developed a slow leak recently so I will be replacing this soon with something more permanent. If you are curious about cold plunging and want to get your feet wet without spending thousands of dollars then something like this is a good option, if you already enjoy cold plunges and are looking for something more permanent then IMO i would opt for a rigid structure with more insulation, otherwise this a great option for beginners Read more
