Works great for inside travel van
Jo Ann Marshall
We are finding it is doing what it is designed for, zapping mosquitos, flies, and other flying insects. Recommend to others.

I was surprised that this little unit got more insects than our large electric unit. However, it didn't get the amount that one exaggerated ad indicated.

I love this...the light is really bright & the only time I took it out to kill bugs (was only outside with it for 15 minutes tops) it caught 2 little gnats!! Now I don’t know if it will work as well catching mosquitoes but I’m hoping!!

We have a small teardrop travel trailer and use this bug zapper in the camper at night to attract any inside bugs away from the bed and towards the front of the camper. Effective and USB rechargeable! We can also use the light when we want to save the "house" battery in the evening or when the full galley lights are unnecessary. We had another brand for 2 years but it stopped charging. I hope that this one lasts longer. Time will tell!

I’ve been using a similar zapper for a couple of years… it looks identical. I purchased this one to add coverage. I’ve been super impressed how well the original has held up. The battery life is still strong. Now it doesn’t work everywhere, somehow the Alaskan mosquitos seemed a little wary of diving in, but it has worked well for mosquitos and other small insects for most of our journeys. The device only draws bugs in at night but after a bit of time it clears out the mosquitos in our van and provides us with a restful sleep. I wouldn’t expect it to do much good outside. And that zap… it can really bring a smile to your face.

It's 2 for one bug killer and light, not two lights. Hey, I've had it up a week and it's got 3 mosquitoes that didn't bite me! Since it keeps working while it's not plugged in I am thinking of taking it on my hikes because I live in Florida and in former "mosquito county" area. (They changed the name so tourists would come. Maybe it's time to change it back), I haven't tried to clean it - the directions say use the grommet (?) and disconnect and wash. It doesn't warrant washing yet. I like the light because it starts out softer and gets brighter - 3 levels. This may be a win win for hiking. Currently I use it just inside my porch door and connect to power source, I leave it on all the time because bugs never sleep.
