This zapper is like a small toy. The normal light works good, it’s a cute little size for a kid for camping. But don’t spend money on it. It doesn’t kill bugs or protect you from bugs flying around you.

Placed it down, outside, near some buzzing mosquitoes harrassing me doing so yard work. Mosquitoes were not attracted at all. Didn't even notice it. (Yes, it was turned on.) It killed nothing.

The device works. Now it needs to have the bodies removed. There is no apparant way to do that I called the Service#. They said they would call back. @ days has past. I called again; they do not accept calls. The email address or web page they give does not work. What a business role model. I will return it tomorrow.

Received my order today, charged it up, and nothing. It worked if I had the USB plugged in and charging, but would not come on without the USB charging it. Tried several times, bulb would not come on. Mosquito light would not turn on without a charge. I read the instructions, twice. I can't use this if it needs to be plugged in. Also, the hook at the top for hanging is too small. You will need some thin wire. I discovered all of this at the kitchen counter. So back in the box it goes for a refund. Don't plan to order another one.
