Used it a few times and it melted the extension cord. Useless after just a couple weeks.

I brought this the end of November and received it the first week of December. I started using it in January when the weather started getting colder. It work okay, and I started noticing that when I turned it on about ten minutes into it it would shut off. Around the end of February it completely stop working. I will never buy this product again, and now I have to buy another heater.

At first it was great, but after using it for only 4 months the thermostat function stopped working. The heater just stays on.

This peace of trash space heater doesn’t work and I just picked up it today.

It caught my outlet on fire and burned the inside of wall. Company will not hold themselves accountable and said it’s basically Target’s fault for Dreo’s heater being defective. Please keep this in mind before purchasing. The company is completely dismissive. I’ve provided the bottom of the heater so you can compare. 50 dollars for this heater. 500 dollars worth of damage. Target- don’t carry these heaters!

If there is anything worse than not being able to just turn a heater on when youre freezing, please tell me!!

This only provides warmth if it’s right next to you. I bought for a 70 square foot room but it doesn’t make much of a difference at all in the room even on its highest setting.

1. It's loud like a jet engine despite being rated at 40 decibels. Sometimes it will roar back to life, with the noise loud enough to wake you up at night. 2. Its thermostat doesn't work. It will run more or less all night, sending your energy bills skyrocketing, even in ECO mode. 3. If your bed is close to the floor, it will feel freezing cold even with the temperature set to 75F. Heat tends to rise but if this heater were working properly it shouldn't feel like that. One of the worst portable heaters I've ever purchased. I have no idea why the reviews are so positive!

I bought it to warm up the bathroom before the kids' bath, and it struggles to do that. It's a small bathroom and I leave it a whole hour before and it still wasn't warm. Not only that, it tipped over in my bedroom, and the safety didn't turn it off. My carpet was hot when I picked it up.

It had a damaged or defective air outlet straight out of the box. It does not appear to have ever been opened. I reached out to Dreo's support and held on for a long time before the recording said to call back another time because they were busy and disconnected. It's also very noisy compared to others. Back to the store it goes.
