It’s okay. Gets the job done but I would of definitely not buy this one again or recommend.

aboslutly terrible. It creases my hair, and the end does not let your hair go after curling, it burned off part of my hair... horrible design, and would not reccomend to anyone.

Not at all what's it's worth, leaves creases on your hair when you switch the size, to expensive, doesn't curl as well as I thought it would when I bought it

I usually have a good experience with hot tools products but this one is the worst. the barrel does not adjust easily between sizes, hair was left with creases, and was pulled while taking the pieces off of the barrel. Do not waste your money.

This curling iron creases my hair, and my hair is always getting stuck at the end of the barrel. I’ve had to tear my hair out of it to keep it from burning because I couldn’t untangle it. Do not buy this.

I do not recommend this product. Because the barrel is alternating, it isn’t a true round, leaving creases in your hair. Also, I love to let my hair just slide off the barrel after curling and with this wand you cannot do that due to the barrel being skinnier than the head.

Creases/marks your hair whenever you try to curl it. Will damage your hair for sure. Would definitely not recommend.

Will be returning! When it’s used on the 1” setting, the barrel is more triangular, leaving creases all over your curl!!

Because it can be 2 sizes it often collapses in on itself. Also it leaves lines in your curls because of the ability to be two different sizes. Stupid
