I only gave the overall rating of 4 for one reason. That is because these socks are not as skid/slip-proof on wood-tread stairs as we had hoped. Otherwise my husband loves these because they are nice and warm! They are great on all other surfaces.

After one season of use, the two pairs of socks each got holes in them. To be fair, my boyfriend did wear them just about every day. I got these socks for him and his sons and they all loved the warmth of the socks. Their shoe sizes are 11-13. The little non-skid bubbles on the bottom didn't bother their feet at all.

I love these slipper socks and they really keep my feet warm with the fuzzy lining. I am retired and home most days, so I have lived in these socks for about one month and the heels are about to wear through. I'm trying to decide if the warmth love factor is enough to buy a new pair already.

These are super warm and comfy! I wore them multiple times a week throughout winter and they kept my feet toasty. I'm happy with the product for the price I paid, but I do have a couple criticisms. The grippy dots on the bottom are in a diamond pattern, thickest in the middle tapering down to 1 in the front and the back. I have high arches and put most of my weight on my big toe and my heel, so the grippys hindered more than helped me. I would prefer more grippys at front and back, with few in the middle. While these are of decent quality, I doubt they'll last through another cold season. After a few months of regular wear the stuffing started coming loose and the elastic started to loosen. FWIW I have only washed them a few times, treating them more as slippers than as traditional socks.
