This product did not work for me and I returned it

The casters are so bad it's almost like buying just a board. The casters have a very difficult time swiveling to direction of travel. I eventually replaced the casters. The board is strong enough for light duty work and was ready to ship fast.

On product but the tires are definitely not made for the weight rating advertised i have not used it with half of it and moving it in a specific direction becomes nearly impossible after putting weight on

I did not notice this in the description. It is made out of fiberboard which I do not like because it will eventually warp and fall apart. The upsides of having it are that it is lightweight, easy to store on its edge, and inexpensive. It did the job of balancing and rolling my awkward wood futon frame across the room and into the closet.

I didn't need wheel locks as my plant is very heavy and doesn't roll easily. Turning is a little hard on this dolly. I have to back up and get going again to help the wheels re-align. The 4 round pads keep the plant in place very well. The beige surface absorbs liquids easily, so it stains with every small water spill. This would be my biggest gripe.

Tried to move a fridge and the wheels buckled as soon as we got the platform under it. Good product but the wheels need improvement. the description says good for up to 400 lbs but the wheels are just so small and flimsy. Kind of a small platform too so keep that in mind if you are moving anything bigger. Ended up buying a huge one from Home Depot, 800 lbs weight limit for the same price.

Immediately assembled and used it the first week I got it.The only thing I put on it was 4.5cubic ft mini fridge of which I moved with this outside to defrost. Once done and put back I see how rough it became. Two of the four rubber support pads got damaged, and almost were removed via its weak adhesive. Also since I never took it off during defrost it also has water stains on one side. Can't fix the stains, but I added cement glue adhesive between the rubber padding and board. Haven't used it since the first week. It was fine for that one job. Not sure how it will handle the next with the water damage. Because of the lack of telescopic handles and mounts it doesn't see much use for other moving purposes where I need more secure mounts.

This item was way too small. I don’t see how you would fit furniture on it.

Even though the holes are pre-drilled to put the screws in for the wheels, upon putting the screws and tightening them, it made the wood buckle up and splinter a bit. Not sure how long this is gonna last.
