One of the casters was unable to be secured due to a screw whose Phillips head wasn’t cleaned out

But a better version with wheels that actually move and swivel. Total waste of money.

I bought a set of these x2. I used them to secure a 140 lb bed frame to move from driveway( smooth surface) to bedroom. Keep in mind, im using 2 of these to support the bedframe, so the weight of them combined can definitely support the 140lb frame. After moving the frame to the room, i removed the platforms and realized one of the plastic wheels broke(literally) on one of the platform. The plastic wheels r very thin and lightweight…cheap i guess…In term of quality, this should not cost more then 20 dollars each.If u buy this to haul light item and boxes, rolling on only ultra smooth surface i think it should be fine, but definitely do not use this platform to move heavy items unless u want to risk damaging ur precious goods…They advertised 400lb capacity with 1 platform… maybe 400 lb sitting idling on the platform for a few minutes?

I had previously purchased two dollies with similar specs from ErgoMaster and Mount-It and was pleased with the quality of both. I needed a third dolly, and seeing this matched the specs and appearance of those other brands for a lower price, I bought it. Bad idea.1. Unfortunately, unlike the other two brands I mentioned, this arrived unassembled. There is no indication of any assembly being required in the product description, and to top it off, there are only pilot holes for the screws. This definitely cannot be assembled without a power drill, and in the case of the item I received, one set of pilot holes fails to align with the holes in the wheel plate.2. In addition, the finish of this is very rough, and the edges are completely unsealed. Forget about using this anywhere remotely damp as it will swell and warp.3. As mentioned by another reviewer, the wheels are flimsy and catch rather than rolling smoothly. The diameter of the wheels are about 2" as compared to 3" on the other brands.
