This is WAY bigger than described, won't fit smaller ladies, and is not as soft as described so you can't really make it much smaller to get it in. It's non-returnable so I'm out $30 and it goes right in the trash.

Do not buy if you have any sort of uterine/bladder/rectum collapse. Product will not work

For this being prebirth, I would not recommend. It hurt so much to try and put in. It was hard to keep small enough until it was up high enough and I could never get it in. Let's just saw I was soar from trying, and I tried multiply times and still could not get the hang of it

After reading about the chemicals in tampons, I decided to search out a safer, more ecofriendly, option, and The Diva seemed liked the best (and most highly rated) choice. I am 30 and have had a baby (c-section), so i ordered the larger of the two. I was so excited when it came in the mail (and right on time for my period), I read all the instructions and decided to give it a try. After some serious trial and error, I got the Diva in (although rotating it?! That was not going to happen), I did the finger manipulation to make sure there was a seal and went on with my day, for like 3 minutes, for that is how long I could stand the feeling of fullness and urgent need to pee (even after just having gone). I managed to get it out (although it opened fully right before I pulled it out and...OUCH!) and peed, tried the whole thing again and still I felt "full" and like I really had to pee. I guess I'm on the petite side and the diva is just too big. I'm not sure whether I am going to give up on this "life changing" product or whether I am going to order a different brand and try again, I am so dissapointed!

I really wanted to like it. I've always been a pad gal and wanted to try something else that wouldn't make me feel like I'm wearing a diaper for a week each month. I read the steps to this cup (insert towards the tailbone, make sure it's open completely, not too far back, and turn 360 degrees). I cannot describe how dizzy I was for around 3 hours after this (plus there was a leak). I thought at first maybe it's my body getting used to it or I didn't insert it correctly so I took it out and put it back in again. This time there was no leak but I still felt dizzy (plus a sort of discomfort down there). The next morning I washed it and inserted it but I had a big leak during the day despite of all the steps I followed. In conclusion, I didn't like it and it's not for me. I felt more constrained with the cup then with a pad.

I just couldn’t. I tried. everyone talks about how great this thing is. I tried to use it multiple times. Trying to get it placed right and sealed is extremely difficult. not an easy task

I just turned 26 years old last week (no kids) and I have used this cup for my last 4-5 cycles... unsuccessfully. Let me start by saying that I am not new to menstrual cups. My last cup was a Mooncup which gave me 12 hours of non-leaking use. Now, I bought the pre-childbirth cup, like I have done with my last menstrual cups. So I got my period one evening and decided to wear the cup to bed... only to wake up covered in menstrual blood. I thought I must have inserted it wrong. So I washed up and reinserted. Only to wake up again a couple hours later to find that I leaked. So I took it out, washed up, and went to bed with a pad. I have been trying to see if maybe I just need to get used to wearing this cup or maybe I just need to figure out how to insert it. I don't know, but I shouldn't have to wear a pad with a menstrual cup and its very annoying. I bought this cup because I've heard nothing, but good things about it. I wish I just kept my Mooncup and dealt with the staining. Hopefully I can at least get a refund for this since I've tested it out and it never worked for me.

Box tampered with and it doesn’t allow returns! 🤬 Definitely not using something for this product’s intended use when I received it like this!
